Do I need to know HTML or any other programming language?
No, absolutely not! If you're familiar with Microsoft Word, and know what a keyboard and mouse are, you'll do fine!

Do I have to stick with predetermined page names, like About Us, Guest Book, etc, when I create my site?
No, sure don't! If you want to have a page called "Aunt Susie's Dog", you can!

If I do the trial, and pick a design, and then later, want to change it, is that possible?
Sure is!

Do I need to submit a credit card to do the trial?
No.

Can I use my own domain name?
Sure! Just contact us and let us know your domain name, or let us know what domain name you'd like. To setup a domain you already own, we charge a $25 one-time setup fee. To purchase and set up a domain name you haven't registered for yet, we charge the $25 one-time setup fee, plus the current rate for purchasing new domains. You can purchase a domain with our parent company, TriggerID.

Does the site fee include hosting?
Yes, it includes hosting of your website. However, it does not include email hosting. You can either keep your emails where they are currently hosted, or you can host with us. We offer email hosting at competitive prices.
